I really enjoy this machine. It gets a great deal of use and has been problem free. Print/Scan get the biggest use. I do genealogy and I'm always making copies of documents and photos. Couldn't do without the "wireless" either.
This is my first review of any item.. I would buy another Epson product without a doubt.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really burns through ink quickly. I thought it would do better. Quality is really good and wireless works great. Ink will be expensive

The printer is excellent but I can't afford the ink and you don't offer the discounts like you did when I first purchased it.

low ink level issue

The configuration to override this low ink level error for just one color is hard. I was not successful in printing my text documents even if you still have a good levels of ink for black and the rest of the colors....not so economical!

It is smooth, quick, quite, stable, designed well. I cannot find one thing about it that I do not like. I did have an issue with the scanning, but Epson replaced my unit overnight. I could not ask for better customer service.

Great price but software not intuitive

They need a software update, it is too hard to use, we like the print and scan quality but the interface is not user friendly and we end up scanning things multiple times. The cartridges are expensive.
