In all fairness I have only been using for one week but setup was incredibly easy. After spending tons of money on printing apps for my Ipad that didn't work I decided to do some research and purchase airprinter. Once setup printer Ipad, Ipod and Iphone detected printer without any extra steps. Finally, a product that does what it promises effortlessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased the 545 yesterday. My wife makes a lot of her own greeting cards and I have not been able to get it to print the envelope. I have tried resetting the card program and every location in the tray for the envelop. It also makes black ink marks on the face of the envelop. I worked with it 2 or 3 hours and finally gave up. I will call customer service 1st chance I get. The printer makes a lot of noise every time it starts to feed a sheet of paper into the printer. The previous Epson we had work for several years with no problem and was much quiter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like all Epson printers, this one will meet my needs just fine. Thanks to the customer service people at Epson who's superior help in getting me set up I was able to test the print and the scan features and was very pleased with the quality results. Again, let me thank the customer service techs for the help. I would not have been able to do it myself.

I brought this printer a few days ago. So far, the set up was fairly easy, it was a little time consuming but easy. The printer is an excellent choice for a small business or home.

Hands down the best printer I've ever owned. I was always afraid of purchasing a wireless networking printer for my home because of bad experiences with them in the past. This has completely changed my view on it. The setup was easy and it works flawlessly. The quality and speed is exactly what I expected, and the Automatic Document Feeder, and the loading tray are excellent additions as well.

Nice but not for Mac

This printer is nice in that it is fast, wireless and is compatible with iPad, iPod, and iPhone printing. However, the two-sided printing does not work with Mac operating systems - only Windows. I'm not sure why, since the WorkForce 645 will print double-sided with Macs.
