i purchased the Epson 545 workforce, so far so good the buying experience was good, and I set it up to wifi by myself with the given instructions it works yahoo prints look good , prints fast so far I am pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Probably the nicest feature of the 545 that most printers won't do is it automatically downloads drivers if you ever have work done on your desktop. Great feature.

Quick setup works really well.

Epson is the way to go

I love Epson. I love these all-in-one's. I love this workforce. I love that the ink cartridges are separate which saves money. I tried most of the other brands out there and either the units were lemons (which I doubt) or the companies were not able to manufacture anything else other than mediocre product. Whatever the case Epson has not let me down and I have been using Epson units for years now. Epson is great. The ink used is great - you will not need to reprint pages because some part smudged because Epson prints great. I like to print on both sides so I generally need to do that manually. A really great improvement would be if the machine could somehow do that but I can wait for that technology. However, if this unit can do it well my tech skills are limited at best and I have not figured that out yet - I just don't know about that for the workforce 545 so do not go by me on that point. Otherwise this machine is wonderful. You can wait until the ink cartridge goes all the way down so that the machine will not longer print. The unit has numerous reminders with ample time to obtain ink. I feel confident that I have many years of service within my Epson WF-545 and know when I do finally need another printer Epson will have something out in the market that will blow me away and which I will love.

I just like to say what a great product my Epson WorkForce 545 all-in-One Printer is, and how helpful there srevice tec's are. It really is a life saver at times. I had never use a product like this before and it was very easy to set it up, and the instructions were easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not work with Macs

This printer does not work with Macs. I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this thing. I have installed the drivers from the disc, the epson web site and the apple website, as well as done the nozzle check (it doesn't work right), head cleaning and head alignment. I have even replaced the ink cartridges. The printer still doesn't print complete documents. It prints a faded and distorted test page without using any black ink. When I try to print a PDF or a Word Doc, it is illegible. The printer ink is way too light, it skips portions of the document and there are lines through it. I am completely disappointed with this product and do not recommend it to any one who uses a Mac.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had several printer combos over the years but the WorkForce 545 had been the best one yet. The scanner is almost flawless, pisc printed from the smart card readers are awesome, fax works like it is suppose to, and not to mention the ink out lasts all other printers we've had 3 to 1. A+++.
Highly recommend this one and I rarely ever do that.
