Perfect Small Office Printer

I work in a Real Estate office and this printer is just we needed. The print speed, batch copying, scanning, and speed are just what we needed. Also, it is very intuitive to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheeper to buy new printer then new ink cartridges

Bought this to replace my Epson Work Force 310 which works great. But the cost to replace the ink cartridges was the same price as the new upgraded Work Force 545 printer. Only in America LOL

We have a home business and needed a printer and fax. This thing set up so easy! It is wireless and located my router and asked for the password.
I wasn't sure how the fax would work with my phone since I wanted to use only one line. I set the rings on the fax for more rings than the phone. When the answering maching picks up the fax listens for a fax sound and if it hears it than it will answer. So far I love it but only have has it for a couple of weeks. Does what I was expecting.

I finally stopped buying HP printers. Yesterday made the move to Epson after 20+ years of using HP. Why?
Because the quality and the customer service of HP has been consistently eroding. Epson's reviews on Amazon were far better than HP. Furthermore, after visiting computer stores and seeing the Epson up close - the design and features of the Epson 545 are far bettter on a price comparison basis.
The setup was easier than HP and the questions I had were answered quickly and accurately by the Epson help line.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The unit preformed perfectly right out of the box!
Wish others could say the same. Updates were easy and went immediately to the “Downloads” area to get latest utility software and driver, as opposed to loading the disk in the box. This was simple as well. I have had so much trouble with this feature on other manufacturer’s sites, but all went extremely well.
Thank you for doing all that you promote in a product!

I purchased this to replace my older epson. So far so good. Simple to install on my wifi network, my iPhone, Windows laptop and iMac. Prints faster than the 600. Not bad for the price. Really like the paper tray loader on the bottom too. All in all a great product and great buy.
