This is a very functional computer--easy to set up and install software. I have found the 545 to be user friendly. Additionally, the extra high capacity ink is reliable and a tad less expensive in the long run.

Love my WorkForce - BUT

I love my WorkForce 545 - have used it and USED it! BUT THEN - Apple upgraded my MacBook to Mountain Lion (THAT took days) and I couldn't use my printer any more. I've tried downloading drivers - but that locked up my computer for 2 days. HELP
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like all of the features that are offered on this printer, however, the wireless connect feature does not always work. The wi-fi connection shows it is connected but when trying to print a test page from even the main network computer no page prints every time and an error message pops up that the printer is not connected. Overall the printer is a good purchase.

This is the best printer! Easy to install, use, and change ink. The quality is excellent for such a reasonably priced printer. Would highly recommend!

Easy to use and good ink life. Don't like the fact that you can't scan things to your computer without a physical connection. Also the scanner program/interface is terrible. I use a Mac and it's always a little trial and error to get the document saved. Having said that I would still recommend the product.

Every thing worked great. I am still learning about things it will do. One slight suggestion...I kept getting the paper in too far until I figured my problem out...now....perfect! Maybe mention about the back stopping place for the paper in the instructions.

Faulty Display

Was extremely disappointed with this purchase. After reviewing printers online, we selected this one because of its wireless capabilities and the positive reviews it had received. After owning it for <6 months, the LCD display went blank. We couldn't read the screen to troubleshoot anything and the printer became useless!!! Major disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have now owned this printer for over two years. It was priced right. It is intelligently designed.I use this printers Fax features which I feel are exceptional in all respect. This printer has the best print quality you will find in any product of this kind. I feel that it is easy on the ink usage for you have the ability to only use black & only color as needed. The scanner is one of the best on the market, also with great apps. Need I say more. It is simple to use also if I can do it so can you.
