Great printer, shipped fast!!!

I received my printer the day after I ordered it.I couldn't believe how fast it shipped. The set up took a few minutes, but wasn't too difficult. I'm not the best with computers and was worried about the whole wireless thing, but the instructions online were pretty easy. Now able to print from the ipad 1 and the ipad 3 also iphone. Printer works great and is very quiet. Haven't tried faxing or scanning yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For an early 50's person who struggles with technology, this all in one is the answer to prayer.
It was easy to set up, worked with my new iMac on the first try, scans photos very nicely, and takes up very little space. I am using it on my in wireless network. AWESOME unit.

good for wireless printing

This multi-function printer (so far... i just got it yesterday for our office) is good for printing over a wireless connection. The fax machine works good. I am a little disappointed in the slow speed on the copier. Also for scanning, I have not yet figured out how that works wirelessly... it told me i had to plug in to the USB, so kind of bummed on that too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Max paper wt for WORK FORCE 645

So far so good. Have not used it enough to give an opinion over all. Couldn't find the info on max paper wt that can be used. At this pointe it is satisfactory.

Wireless Problems

This printer has been a nightmare to set up. There was an out of date CD so I had to go to the Epson site to find appropriate drivers for Mac OSX Lion. The worst problem is that the printer has to be within 5 feet of the WiFi router to be used as a wireless printer. All of my other wireless devices register an Excellent signal across my home - but this printer must be 5 feet away from the WiFi router and then only registers "fair". I have to say I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product

Great price, great product, love that it has fax capability too, and easy installation on the computer. First time doing a wireless setup and it went flawlessly. It actually detected my network! Used for a small business and it is much faster than our last printer. So far so good!
