Opinion on Support services

I am trying to install anewWrokForce 545. I cannot get it to 'work'. I have read the Quick Guide, but WANT TO GET THE USER GUIDE.
When I put my questions in "Troubleshooting" and "Help" I am told to refer to the User Guide and to check Device Manager.
I find Workforce 545 very hard to use and am disappointed (and annoyed) by the ellusive "User Guide" references. The best course seems to be to return it the the store and get something that works.

Lousy response time

I am running this printer through a wired ethernet connection and it takes at least 45 to 60 seconds before this thing shows even any sign of life. Then it takes another 30 seconds to start the actual print process. Also I keep getting communication errors from the printer even though I am not getting any from the other computers and devices on the network.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The good, and the bad

I have encountered two major prolems with my Epson Workforce.
1. when attempting to print 4 x 6 size, the sheet falls into the space between thw feed rollers and the printe slots, ,causing a paper jam error. I solved the problem by tapeing a piece of card board between the two. The manufacturer should have done this, making iy movable to be able to clear a real paper jam.
2. i have had problems copyinh from the top source. I get message to use the glass
These are two major flaws.

This printer is fast, awesome and well priced. It does everything its suppose to with quality. The setup took 20 min and was easy and simple to follow. I like it because its user friendly and a good printer. I use it for personal use. I wish it came with usb cable, but they are cheap and I can buy it myself. Overall Buy this product, You will Love it. Wireless setup was a breeze.

So far this has been the best printer. It was incredibly easy to setup and connecting over our wireless network. I truly couldn't believe how easy it was....done in 20 minutes. The auto-document feeder works wonderfully and the print quality is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
