this printer works as I hoped it would and beyond , the copy abilty works well and the fax abilty is great to have

No black ink

Less than one year, black ink will not work i have replaced the cartridge, cleaned the machine, will not work

waited about a year to write this after I bought it... had read reviews and thought "what have I got myself into now?" to me, price was scarily great, set up was EASY (and I'm NOT a computer guru), the product has continued to work reliably, it uses a lot less ink than its predecessors, and is easy to use! we have three laptops and a desktop networked into it so you know it can handle it! This is one change I'm GLAD to have made!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I found installation to be uneventful. It is my personal opion that the ink cartridges are over-priced, and I am encouraged to find cartridges for the machine at less cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have enjoyed my printer. It is easy to use. I also enjoy taking my cartridges back and getting a discount on new ones from staples.

It did not make it two years, bought it Jan. 2012 and it died Aug. 2013.

This is a great all-in-one printer. the copies are clear and the photo printing is very good. It is easy to set-up, which is always a plus for me!

I've been associated with computers and peripherals since 1981. This printer has what is probably the worst paper tray ever. Absolutely amateurish.
