It has been an idea of mine to come up with a way to print from another location in the world to my home printer. Epson has made this dream a reality. Now, I have the capabilities to not only create eye popping documents and they print out extraordinarily well, but my friends and family can print something out on my printer just by emailing them to my printer's email address. How cool is that!?! I love this printer so much that I convinced my employer to purchase this same printer for his business. The ink is less expensive than most printer's ink. Epson 545 is user friendly and it is a breeze to install on your computer. Epson is the new generation printing solution!
The Epson Workforce 545 is a very good product. It's easy to operate, and printing ability is excellent. Also, installing the WorkForce was easy. I have Windows 7 Operating System, and it works well on my computer. Would recommend buy it !
I read all the wonderful reviews, bought the printer and I HATE IT!! Am I the only one that has constant misfeeds because the paper does not have a "fourth side" to keep the paper where it is spposed to go? It make an incredibly loud noise when it prints! I am taking it back today.
I received this printer almost a month ago but have put off installing it for fear it would be difficult and take too much time but that wasn't the case at all. I finally installed it last night in about 30 minutes and it was so easy. The printing quality is really good and I'm impressed by the print speed for an ink-jet. Overall a great buy, very reasonably priced in my opinion and good quality.
I'm usually scared to death about setting up something new to the wireless network,,, It was so easy...a little long on the Auto-setting (5) minutes which isn't that lone when U screw things up with the other stuff.... Thanks again..
This is my second WorkForce. I bought a WorkForce 310 last year. When I needed a new printer for my work computer (I work from home), I knew I wanted another WorkForce. It was fairly easy to set up. It would have been easier had all the instructions been there and those that were had been clearer. The instructions stated to use the USB cable to set it up and then connect it to the internet and remove the USB cable. There are no instructions as to how to connect to internet AFTER you have connected with the cable. I finally figured it out by myself. The instructions for printing from a phone, tablet, or another printer are NOT very clear and I haven't figured them out yet. The copies are clear. I haven't faxed or scanned yet so I cannot review those tasks. The only other problem I have had is when sending certain attachments to be printed, they are in the queue for as long as 30 minutes before finally printing. I played around a little with preferences but still couldn't speed up the printing of those documents. I like the WorkForce printers and will continue to try to overcome the problems.
