Easy setup

I was reluctant to try installing the printer to my computer etc. being fearful of not understanding some of the instructions and having something go wrong.
Well, I must say that the installation process went extremely well. The instructions were easy to understand and explained step by step.

So Far So Great!

Easy Installation - Just read and follow the instructions. I have a Mac and it was very easy to hook up wirelessly. I was a little nervous given some previous reviews. Scanning feature is great! Haven't used the fax yet but I am sure it will be fine. Prints out nicely. No problems as of yet.

I upgraded from an Epson Workforce 315 so I knew the Epson brand was reliable and trustworthy. The 315 was wireless, as is the 545, but Epson sure has learned a few things since the 315! The ease of installation is head and shoulders better, the quality of the completed print is better than on my laser printer at work, it's fast, quiet, and simple to operate. I'm so happy I decided to upgrade to the 545. We love it!

Unhappy with product

We've had the printer about 3 months. While the print quality is great, it is very temperamental. Some days it works great, others it just won't print. I have to turn it off, turn it on, and it's just a pain. Save yourself the hassle and shop around some more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Workforce 545 does everything expected of an all in one. When I ran into a little difficulty setting up, Tech Support was easy to get ahold of and did the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned a Epson printer for the last 10 years. It finelly stopped working. I do a lot of printing of pictures ( have been very happy with the prints ) . My friends have always asked me what type of printer do I use. Well of course I had to buy another Epson! If it last half the time my other did I will be happy. This 545 is really nice and the fact that I can just buy the ink color I need is a great feature ( my old one, I had to buy the whole color set inorder for it to print ).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Questionable?

Purchased my Epson Workforce 545 and the setup was not as easy friendly as it was made out to be.
The software needs improvement for total installation without tech support for the not so savvy novice.
Had to contact Epson too many times to complete the installation process totally before my machine functioned in its in entirety.
Will have to be convinced by superior features and productivity to give a better grading. B-
