In general I am very satisfied with this printer.
The only problem I find annoying is the software instalation which was defective and had to be redone. Also there is a recurring problem with paper feed which feeds more than one blank sheet per copy. Quality of print and scanning are excellent though.

ready to take back to store for kodak model.
Can't get expert to to walk me thru the setup to use.
