Reliable Product

This printer has been a reliable product and meets our needs. We have been able to use all four functions and we are happy with the options. We have the wireless network set up and it has been very convenient. When we purchased the printer we compared the cost of the ink usage to others and this one had a favorable rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for home and business use

Love the Automatic Document Feed feature for copying and scanning. User friendly toolbox. Was told printer uses pigment and not ink and highlighting would not cause pigment to "run." I'm finding that not to be the case. A small issue since the overall performance is very good!

Performs well, easy to understand directions for adding unit to existing LAN via wifi. Experienced one instance of incomplete printing but by changing ink cartridges this was cured. Probably due to a period of inactivity.

I Spent countless hours and a full set of printer ink cartridges to get the blank vertical lines out of the printed work. One week later the blank vertical lines returned. I refuse to deal with it. I will just purchase another printer when I find the time.
I do not trust the scans to my photos.
The software is very unintuitive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this printer for the options it had and the price. Never did I think I would use all the options as much as I do. It is a great all in one and I recommend it to anyone who would like to be able to print, copy, scan and fax. And it is wireless!

I really like the all features; however, the ink is too expensive (online or off).
It's a shame that it costs more for the ink than to buy another printer. Too many printers in the trash pile now, man of them for the same reason!
