I wasn't sure about this because I drive a truck and didn't know how the machine would handle the jarring and vibration. Boy! was I surprised! I have had it in the truck since May 5 and haven't had a failure yet. I have driven it from Fl to TN, across to OK and NM, back to Fl then to KS, WY, CA and back. It makes great copies, scans very well, I haven't used the fax feature as I e-mail everything. I make about 100 copies /month and have NO complaints. My only regret was not getting the 645 instead so I could make two-sided copies automatically

The All-In-One Workforce 545 is cool and easy to set up....The down fall is all connection cables should be included with the Printer!!!!

I have used Epson printers for a long time,never had any trouble out of them and the ink seems to go further than other brands.I replaced my stylus cx7800 with the workforce 545 and love it. i returned 2 wks later just to buy a second one..

I wanted a basic low-usage 3-in-1, and for a great price I got double the substantiality (size, weight -- general "seriousness") of the bottom-end products -- *plus* efficient separate-color ink refills (instead of a combined 3-color) *and* a sheet feeder.
What really sold me on this particular make/model is the truly elegant wave-shape the upper surface gracefully assumes when the sheet feeder is dropped shut. Such a gorgeous little detail!
Plus, the way the control panel flips out on a tilt and the output tray pulls out and cants up, also flipped me out.
Don't buy a toy -- move up a big step for a toy-like incremental cost, and get a stylish piece of serious equipment....
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so glad I decided to purchase this printer! I have bought several other printers and they don't even begin to compare to this one! Finally, I found a printer that actually works and is so easy to install! Thank You for a quality product at a great price!!!

I just bought this printer two days ago but I already love it. It was very easy to set up, even the wireless set up was so easy. Prints with perfect colors and black and white printing is super fast. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The workforce 545 would not feed matte photo paper even when matte photo paper was selected as paper type, nor would it allow envelopes to be fed. Big disappointment as I often use those kinds of paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
