I have only had this printer for a few weeks. So far everything is running smoothly and appears to be the printer I have been looking for.

In general I am very satisfied with this printer.
The only problem I find annoying is the software instalation which was defective and had to be redone. Also there is a recurring problem with paper feed which feeds more than one blank sheet per copy. Quality of print and scanning are excellent though.

I really enjoy this new machine. My only complaint is the set up for wireless has problems...it would not let me set up network via the panel, but had to use the disk and manually hook it up to the computer...it still will not let me use the panel to wirelessly scan....it does not recognize my computer in the choices and only wants me to hook up USB...however if I start the scan with my computer it will scan wirelessly. Otherwise this is and excellent machine. The detail on a picture I printed on plain paper was the best I have ever seen.

I really like how easy it was to setup and download the printer to both computers at home. I would recommend this product to anyone with a small business at home.
