Very good printer

Like the ability to connect wirelessly. I've had other printers and I have had no luck with them. They break or get stuck in a spool. It was easy to install and has been great to work with and easy to add to my devices so that I can print from anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE this printer

This printer is a work horse. I have had no issues to date with it. I have used it a lot over the past 3 years. This printer does a great job on photo's also. I love the fax feature! This printer holds two trays of paper, which is nice not having to refill when making several copies. I highly recommend this printer for small businesses on a budget.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent printer, scanner, & Fax printer!
One problem I have experienced (printing two-sided ) I bought 20 lb. paper( going cheap) instead of 25 lb. as usual the quality is bad, jams a lot also. I learned my lesson.
I have no printing problems.
Though have had software problems printer was registered then lost. Software can not find printer, can not install updates.
other than these problems I am very happy with printer

I am unable to update the software - it is not compatible with my WIN 8.1 64 bit operating system.

I wish I had researched this model better before buying. I am not impressed. The color is wrong on many items I print and the print quality is only so-so. Two stars at best.
