crash and burn

Unfortunately, the printer developed an error message within a year of purchase under infrequent use. The printer could not be restored without a trip to the repair center that would have cost me more than the computer cost to purchase. The computer worked well until it died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Printer

I purchased this printer over a year ago and have had no complaints with its performance. It copies, scans, and faxes with ease. The INK lasts for a long time (have only had to purchase one replacement) and is fairly cheap to replace. My only complaint is: when scanning I have not found a way to send the scan directly to an email like I could with a couple other All-n-1s I have owned.
I would recommend to others and would purchase another if needed.

All features of this printer work well--printing, copying and faxing. It was extremely easy to set up the printer and to include it in my Wi-Fi network. Printing is fast and the original black ink cartridge lasted for a year. It is my best printer so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A GREAT printer. It does everything I require and does it quickly. But, every once it a while it recharges itself and makes me think the NSA is watching me through it. (Just kidding)

The printer is generally good. The display screen could be more user friendly. The user manual could be more helpful.

Wonderfull product

This product is easy to set up and works wonderfull. The page feed is fast and the ink last a long time. I love the ability to place it anywhere and still print. We homeschool and print/copy a lot of pages so we needed a small busines printer. The large duplexer and dbl cassete feature is very handy. I would recommend this printer to any one, even small churches.

This is an excellent printer, before this I have an HP printer. The ink last for a long time. I love it, has wireless printing from I phone, iPad laptop and so on.

I have this printer for a bit (over a year). It is the only one that I have that has lasted that long!
It copies well and prints well too. I do not use the FAX function of it. I think I went through most that are available to a home user.
I hope this helps anyone that is trying to decide on one.
