ADF BAD

Looks like I will need to have this one replaced. The information screen says there is a "paper jam in the ADF" everytime I try to use it. The ADF feature is a main reason for purchasing this printer. We'll see what Epson CS has to say when I call. They have always been very supportive in the past. Otherwise it has been very good.

A little disappointed

It's nothing personal, mind you. I like the WorkForce 845. It doesn't owe me any money. Has never turned me down for an offer for more electricity. Always accepts my offers to buy it more ink. But to quote Shakespear (or whoever), "Thereby hangs the rub." I've been using an Artisan725 for several years, primarily for printing digital photography. What I find lacking in the 845 is two ink cartidges: light cyan and light magenta. With digital photos I need the extra refinement of color that I get with six cartridges as opposed to four. I got this all-in-one for my wife, but I would not buy it for myself because of this short coming. Other than that, it's a great all-in-one for someone who does not have specific and special needs. Thank you.

A great network printer

Used for about 8 months. The software installation and downloaded software upgrade were easy with the on-screen prompts. Network set-up was simple, and found all wireless nodes the first time. After reading the software provided manual the printer front panel operation is easy and relatively intuitive, for changing operations such as picture printing and paper/photo size. But computer software driven operation is a bit arcane if doing anything beyond "^P". And the Utilities can only be accessed thru the printer front panel

Not a workforce printer

It's a fair printer for the price but best for average draft type printing and not for high quality printing. The printer loses colors when printing long before the ink is out and you will need to do frequent nozzle cleaning. In less than 1 year it broke a gear internally and as such is not suited for business type printing. The bright spot is the scanner, which has one of the better when using the autofeed. It's good for a cheap printer that is not used often, but not suited for any real "work force" type printing.

Great Printer. I keep it on 24/7 to keep it from using ink everytime it is turned on or off. I think it watches me whenever I am in the office. LOL

I have owned my 845 for about a year, I do a lot of printing copying & scanning. It has never jammed on me yet. Ink usage is good. Its easy to use. I have just added the WF 7520 to my small office. No complaints.
