So Far, So Good!

I haven't really had enough time to use all of the features of the printer, but what I have used has been outstanding. The printer installed flawlessly and I was printing in minutes. I installed the printer on my wife's laptop, and again, no problems whatsoever. We are very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this the EPSON WorkForce 845 after reading great reviews. I have now had the printer for a little over a year. I was generally satisfied with the performance, although found the print and scan speed to be a little slow. The printer worked fine for about 9 or 10 months and since then I have not been able to print a single page due to paper jam issues. I have followed all the instructions and cleared any jammed papers but every time I try to print the paper jams.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great with my iMac desktop

After being a PC user for 30+ years (and an HP printer user for about as long), I "went over to the other side." First an iPad, then an iPhone5, and finally -- last January -- an iMac 27". I was apprehensive about finding a truly compatible, blue tooth printer and read many reviews online.
All road led to Epson, and I selected the WorkForce 845 as the best blend of features and values. The two features I like best: 1) flawless blue tooth compatibility; 2) two-sided copying. Fewer forests cut down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good printer. Have to constantly clean the print heads as printing is terrible. I did call about this and they suggested I turn the printer off between uses and that does help a bit but I hate turning it off all the time. Another issus is the paper drawer, it is very small and hard to load. It is located right under where the printerd paper comes out so it is very hard to refill.
I would not go with this printer again

Fast high quality printing

It's fast and the color printing is very good. Ok on ink use but I just learned it is one of the printers that uses ink for head cleaning and this explains why the colors are used up when printing gray scale only. Drivers that came with it were defective and I had to go on line to get the new drivers. Prints well from iPhone or iPad. I'd buy it again.

Printer goes offline seemingly at will. Fax machine works at times. At times it doesn't. No rhyme or reason.
