Works great right out of the box

This printer is simple and reliable. It works great on my home wireless network. I have computers using Xp, Win 7 and win 8 and they all connect automatically and just simply work

I just installed my Epson Workforce 845 and LOVE it! and i don't usually get excited about printers. it was easy to install and is fast enough, holds a lot of sheets of paper, and the print quality is good. i would definitely recommend it to friends. i will follow-up once i see how long the cartridges last.

This works well for what it does and if that is print colored photos and regular print then this is good for the price. And fast for a colored printer

Great product - 1 big flaw

We love this all-in-one and bought it to replace our WorkForce 610. The scan and print quality is great. The double-sided scanner is a HUGE time saver. The only thing it is lacking is a USB-port on the front (the 610 had it) to allow you to scan right to a jump drive. It does have an SD memory card slot which is useful for my husband but my laptop does not have an SD card slot (it's an older computer). We miss the USB-port but otherwise a great printer!

I have been using this Epson all-in one for about a week now and love it. It was easy to set-up and I will be able to retire some of my other office equipment to enable more space in my small office area. I have not used all the features with this machine but the ones I have used were very easy to unterstand and use.
I did a lot of research before choosing this machine.

Terrible documantation and ease of use

Epson WorkForce 845 has great print quality and does not work at all as it is advertized. Will not connect to a MAC for wireless printing, supposed to print two sided and does not offer this option anywhere on the print dialog box, the info option is terrible, will not acces second paper tray, and more work than its worth to make it work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The installation was easy. Connected the printer to my router via the printer control panel then installed the software on my laptop. No complaints so far although wish it displayed the ink cartridge levels before each print.
