I would NEVER buy another one

The first one I ordered (brand new, of course) didn't work. They were very nice since it was within 30-days of purchase, and replaced it with a new one. The 'new' one stopped working about a month ago and since it was outside of 30-days, they will only replace it with a refurbished printer. I see on outside internet reviews that others have had the same technical issues as me (horrible print quality, distorted color quality, lines running through prints), but Epson has done nothing about it. I am now forced to have a refurbished printer when I bought a new one less than six months ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

workforce 845 not compatible wireless

I can't get my Dell Latitude D830 laptop to work wireless with my new Workforce 845.
I am running Windows XP professional version 2002 service pak 3.
I loaded it successfullly on another laptop.
The installation process gets hung up with the "Event" function.

Communication Problem

I am very disappointed that my new Epson WorkForce 845 will not print documents from my Apple iMac. I set the printer up yesterday and it set up fine and printed one document. Today it will not print anything. In the printer utility I keep getting a message "Communication Error." I keep trying to reattach the USB cord but the printer will not respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Upon registration my Epson Workforce 845 was supposed to be assigned an email address. This did not happen. I guess this email address is supposed to be used when I want to print documents from my iPhone. When I read that I can print from my mobile phone, I expect that there will be bluetooth so that I can print directly from my iPhone. Not some round about email address which was not supplied.

I am a senior. My friends are also seniors. There fore they would "probably" not understand how to set up this printer. I must turn to help from Epson and will do so tomorrow. I pray that I will be able to speak to a "real person" and one who have patience and will be able to walk me through the correct installation. I have had other Epson printers and never had this problem before. Again, I will contact your company tomorrow and hope I get the help I need from "real person" who will bear my stupidity!
