Problem with loading the software

I am running Windows 7 professional. When I tried to install the CD it would not open. Every thing I tried was to no avail. I tried to restart my computer and all it would do is go from the SETTINGS page to a DOS cursor. I could force it to boot by selecting the BOOT option from the settings page and selecting my C hard drive number. I finally went to the settings option and choose the boot page. I noticed 1st boot was the CD drive and my "C" drive was 4th on the list. I changed the priority and put my "C" drive as 1st and now it boots fine. I don't no if this was just a fluke or the software caused the problem. It loaded fine on my other computer (Windows 7 Professional upgraded from Windows XP). IT loaded OK after I fixed my computer, but did seem a little slow to load.
Anyway, so far I really like the printer.

Great printer, lousy Mac install

So far, the printer is great! Small footprint for a all-in-one, light weight, duplex and two paper trays, lots of great features at an affordable price.
Would have given it 5 stars except that I am a Mac user, and the locating and installing drivers and scan manager was a ral chore. I spent over an hour locating everything I needed, even after finding the "Drivers and Utilities Combo Package", which did not install the scanner stuff. Oh well, that is why I am a power user, but what about the poor schlep average every day Mac user? Come-on Epson, put a little effort into creating a nice clean Mac install!

new purchase set-up

My product came in a timely fashion and the set-up was simple and easy to follow. I haven't had it long but so far the speed is very good and the printing quality is excellent

Workforce 845

I replaced my Workforce 600, with the Workforce 845. I loved my 600 but the 845 is even better. One of the best features of the 845 is being able to print on both sides of the paper without having to think about what you are doing. I think the Epson printers are great and easy to use.

Very easy to set up. Print quality is excellent! I used to only use another brand of printers in my business, now I am definitely an Epson printer user and will only buy Epson from now on.

Great Printer

The print quality on this printer is very good. The two trays are great. I use one tray for printing shipping labels and the other for printing invoices. The printer is also very light weight and easy to move around the office. The WIFI setup was simple using the setup wizard and I am able to print from my iPad and iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
