Big with a purpose & Great!

I purchased this all in one machine to replace another Epson all in one (635) that I was moivng to another location. My first impression was - wow this is big! - however I'm delighted with it's size as the 2nd paper drawer allows me to keep stationary in it for printing correspondence. Thus no switching around as I had to previously.
It is great for printing, copying, faxing and scanninng and has easy to follow directions with prompts for each function. It's more than user friendly it leads me to the next step. I'm a lawyer with an office where at times I'm the only one in so it allows we to be productive as well as look professional. I think you'll find this Epson 845 all in one a great purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had the unit over a year and was a good dependable machine until ...the scan stopped working and the touch screen buttons won't work. Just be aware that its NOT a machine for a business..just doesn't handle the workload.

The automatic document feed works very poorly - scanned documents appear crooked.
Print quality is mediocre.
It's an expensive fax machine - that's all I can use it for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Print head for the black ink jet does not clean well after doing a nozzle cleaning, regardless of how many time you clean it

Windows 10 - useless

I loved this device until I got a computer with Windows 10. Now I can only print, but not scan. I bought an All-in-One for this specific purpose. I have reinstalled drivers with no improvement. Online support is a joke.

prints, scans faxes efficiently and clearly, although I have only had this unit for one day;

This is a very nice printer and has many features that are easy to use and it was a breeze to set up the wireless networking and to upgrade the firmware. The print quality is excellent and I love being able to print from my mobile device to the printer at home, this saves time and is an awesome feature!!

Great Printer

I received my printer last week & have used it everyday & I love it. The quality is as good or better than some of the high dollar printers out there. Setup was quick & easy & the machine is simple to use. This is by far the perfect printer that does it all.
I did research before I purchased it & I am very happy with my choice. This is my first experience with Epson & so far, I am very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!
