This was my second Sony TV. Salesperson exhibited customer satisfaction during the entire transaction. I told him what I wanted (specs, etc.) and his best price. He gave me an offer that I could not refuse. The TV arrived ahead of schedule with no damage. Installation was simple even for a non-electronic person like me. The wife and I are tickled with the quality and picture clarity. Can't wait to try the 3-D feature.

I have never been more frustrated with a television set than I have been with this Sony TV. The clarity of the picture is not what I was expecting from Sony. It's horrible! I tried for over a week to adjust the picture quality and nothing seems to be easy. I called my cable company to come out to see if it was a signal problem. He changed the cable box, added a signal amplifier and still looked like all the shows and scenes were filmed in an overcast day. I will never again buy a Sony television.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love everything about that TV except the speakers. The TV was shipped via CEVA Logistics, which were courtesy enough to call me and let me know that they are on the way.
