After my 40" Bravia from 2009 this was a pleasant update.
My choice was dependent on keeping my older Bravia working or basically smart/internet connected. Support was solid and helpful.
I am glad Sony does not subscribe the Apple doctrine to leave their older models unusable to force new purchases. I bought this Sony specifically as a result of the support team actions to keep my older purchase alive and well.

Everything was great on the TV except the table stand that was supposed to double as mall mount bracket but did not work
I had to buy the extra wall mount bracket .

I must have researched 20 different TVs. Once again Sony shows me I should never look anywhere else. This is an incredible top quality television set. Great color out of the box. Unbelievable performance.
Don't even think about it any longer. I agonized back and forth over the "others". Here's the bottom line.
3d is not bad like other manufacturers want to say.
Gaming is a dream.
Picture quality? Rivals any plasma I've seen.
Don't think any longer. Buy this. You will thank me later.

Pros: Good color, good picture, doesn't make noise when you turn it off and on
Cons: Sound- the speakers are on the back of the TV! Luckily we have it plugged in to a sound bar. Without that we cannot turn it up enough to hear dialogue clearly.
Overall good tv, just be aware of the sound issues.
