Those Blu-ray disks that were stumbling and stuttering with my 2 year old Vizio player now play perfectly with my new Sony. The only drawback that I seen so far is that there is no readout display of anything put into the tray, so my TV has to be "on" so view the Sony display. The only thing that tells you what's going on is an on/off light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bluray is great. Mad at sony becuse i had $1200 worth of sony point disapper as soon as i got them. Tryed contacting sony about this got no response. Mabey sony will notice now on my review and give me my points back.

Frequent streaming interruptions

Frequently goes black for 1-3 seconds while streaming Netflix. Very frustrating.

Hi Austinite,
Please follow these steps.

1. Reset the unit to Factory Default Settings.

SETUP > Resetting > Reset to factory default setting > All Settings

2. Refresh Internet Content

Setup > Resetting > Initialize Personal Information.

3. Go to VIDEO > Internet video.

Just bought this Blu-ray as a replacement for a previous one that had died. It was easy to setup and configure and the picture quality when playing DVDs and Blu-rays is awesome. Definitely recommend.
