Erroneous frozen messages

Where is the QA? This worked well the first time but that was it. Keep getting "wait", "loading", "off" or "empty" until it times out and shuts off. Cannot progress from that. I could never get the additional features like Netflix or SEN, etc. loaded. The SEN site wanted a Registration # supposedly located within the software but not evident at all. Had previous Sony Blue Ray players but this software or chip or whatever is pretty bad. Have to unplug it but still unresponsive. Cannot go to HOME or access anything now at all. I want to love it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that. Please attempt a power reset to resolve this issue. To perform the power reset, press and hold the POWER button on the front of the BD player for 10 seconds. The BD player should turn off. If it does not turn off, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Bought this to replace a friends older player. It immediately resolved all her wireless streaming TV problems AND, as she has a Sony TV, it replaced 3 problematic controllers of different brands with one unified, simple to use Sony controller for both streaming TV and playing DVD/BRs. She loves it!!!

This is a good product. My order was prompt and efficiently handled. It arrived in a timely manner with no problems on my end. It works great. It is a good value for the reasonable price I paid. I would highly recommend this product.

I liked this BD so much, only 1 thing did not like in it. It is not supporting Arabic subtitle in .srt files it is showing strange language and sony support told me to update (already had the latest update) and then reset the device and it is no use. I think it is copy and paste messages because another employee contacted me with the same message from the beginning.

Love this product! It's compact and when turned on and disc inserted jumps right to it without having to push buttons on TV to get it there. It's wireless so now I don't have to do upgrades, it will do them itself. The HD and sound on this thing is AMAZING, just like being in the theatre. Great product!
