Fails to Deliver, Even Worse Customer Service

Despite advertisement to stream Amazon Prime, Netflix, Pandora amongst other features, this blu ray accomplishes none of this. The instructions provided by Sony do not align with the system itself and after numerous attempts to contact Sony over the course of 4 months, no response or resolution was received.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only cons are:
It is very slow to respond when you turn it on or off with the remote. There is about a 3-4 second delay between pushing the power button and the device turning on or off.
The web browsing capability is pretty much useless because the processor speed is so slow that it is not worth it to view websites through this device
I thought I would be able to use it for streaming video from any website, but that is not really possible because most internet video requires a plug-in or something to view, but there is not an option to install those things for this device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We use the player for our DVDs and for Amazon Prime. It has been easy to use both. The setup for Amazon Prime also was easy.

Remote control nightmare
