Remote is not user friendly. Hard time connecting to my wireless for Netflix.

Technology has come a long way! When we decided to upgrade to Blue Ray with WIFI we decided that Sony was the best choice and boy were we correct! We have no buyers remorse! Price was right and quality is definitely the best!

It's super easy to use. The controller has a NETFLIX BUTTON! What more can you ask for? I had a little bit of a problem uploading the update..not sure if it was a connection problem or i don't really know...but eventually it updated so I'm happy. So HAPPY I own this player.

Best Blu-Ray ever

This is a full-featured Blu-Ray player with the WiFi option. It seamlessly connected to the home network and plays Netflix as desired. It plays Blu-Ray, DVD and CD disks. Easy setup with clear instructions. Definitely a best buy.

Excellent Blu-ray Player

This player is very compact, which is perfect for me to take with me on my business trips. I take along my own Wi-Fi Hotspot and the set up to connect online was very easy. So now I can access my online accounts and so much more without any other means. It's my favorite play on the road.

Good when it works

It's a well-priced BD Player w/ WiFi function when it works.
Mine has HDMI handshake problem with my Harman Kardon receiver 7 out of 10 while playing Blu-ray disc.
The signal (both video & audio) will lost and never come back.

Good picture quality--slow and a bit irritating

Picture quality is great--first time having a blue-ray. We got it to replace our broken DVD player and upgrade--we thought--streaming--which we were using through ROKU before. The ROKU was much faster to load and less irritating to use than this is. It has to reconnect to the internet every time and redownload content, where with my ROKU--maybe because it was always on?--the content was always there, loaded quickly and easier to scroll through channels etc
