There is so much content available on this player. My internet connection is pretty slow , so it freezes alot

Surprising Power/Apps

Small and light with easy interfacing and menus, the Sony Blu-ray Disc player had a number of apps and capabilities that surprised me. The menu easily explained ALL the options; a myriad of media, the internet and special applications, kept me busy for hours. Well worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy set up; captioning works great with Netflix; direct Netflix access button a great convenience; Blue-ray playback is great. It is being used in conjunction with a Yamaha home theater receiver and a Benq W1070 DLP projector--flawless communication so far. A bit of a delay in WiFi link-up with the router, but I can't say if its on the DVD end or the router. It is about the only thing I could complain about, but I'm not. We'll see how durable it is. The unit is very small and feels rather flimsy, but with only a month under its belt, there's no way of knowing how it will hold up. Overall, great set of features and excellent performance for the price.

This is a replacement under warrenty for the unit that lasted only a few months

It doesn't stay connected to the internet each time you turn it on you have to reconnect it manually.
