Had to return it, kept losing the internet. Ordered another one ,hoping this one works better.

This is smart Blue Ray play is quick and easy to use. I especially like the Netflix and YouTube options which can be linked to computers and cellular telephones.

Simple, the amount of formats this player offers is the best. I have owned. The upconversion is great the blurays are perfect. I must say the Price is great for what you get.The picture of all media is perfect. If you have many different media formats from materials from the internet. Different ( file types) only accessible to you for veiwing on you computer. This is what you have been looking for to view all content on your large screen TV awsome. cd/dvd/bluray play back with on screen menu. USB port to hook up drive devices and play all your music library through your sound system with on screen menu. This is like having a digital juke box. It really brings it all togehter with the most!! formats types played and it is vary simple to use all the fuctions I have listed. This is without even getting into the internet features available. Half of my library of DVD content in formats that would only play on my computer. If you don't understand how to convert into a playable format or want to take the time This will play most formats without conversion. I can now play all this on my large screen with my home theatre audio system, also pop in a cd or dvd of pictures and play music to a slide show . Plug in your lap top and use your tv as your monitor. I have only scrached the surface of what you can do with this player. If you only want to use this to play music and DVDs? Blurays the function are as simple as pushing play . I can say this is the best and most format capable player. I have ever owned. I can't say enough about this product . Vary happy. Buy and enjoy. Now if sony could just make a car receiver that . I could plug my hard drive into say 500gb or 1tb drive so. I could stick it in my glove box and have the content available that is on my computer. Music wise that I already own . I could get the juke box experence in my car with my library of music . would'nt that be great with blue tooth for the phone .O and this is the way. I prefer to listen to my music In the car not streaming or pluging in a phone. one receiver with the content I choose to add mass storage. Simple and clean. Take note Sony . just a thought. Anyway great bluray player.

Major improvement over BDP-S301

I like the streaming services that come with this player. Load times are much faster. The player supports both wired and wireless connections and even sports a web browser which is a nice touch.
The only issues I have are that Terminator 2: Judgement Day BD-Live content won't download. Skynet can't connect to the internet to download the content and there's 12 hours/3 GB worth of material to download. I'm also greeted with a black screen when BD-Live doesn't display any content.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This blu ray player does everything great. It plays a blu ray disc perfectly. Never had a problem with it. Blu ray also has all the most popular apps and a handful of other ones. I'm very happy with this purchase.
