Decent for the price

Works well enough. The menu is kind of clunky. Not very intuitive. But other than that, no major gripes.

Easy setup, great value

The setup for this was effortless. I am using this with an LG tv and have had no problems with the setup and use. With the current discounted price, it is a great value compared to Samsung.

A lot of function in a small package

Installs quickly, plays all types of DVDs, and built-in Wi-Fi allows quick access to YouTube, Netflix and all streaming services. Also has a Web browser but it is not clear how to use this without a mouse or keyboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Plays bluray and other DVD's well but I have not been able to access Sony Entertainment Network or Netflix via my wireless network

I have been putting off buying a Blu-ray player for a long time, but the price has come down a lot. This is an affordable player, and now I can finally watch Blu-ray discs. I am happy that I finally bought this player.

So-So Player

As far as Blu-ray and DVDs it seems to work well, but i mostly wanted it for online content. About every 2 or 3 weeks it disconnects from Netflix sometimes even in the middle of a movie and it is not easy with the onscreen menu to log back in. Also every time we turn it on it takes a while to connect with WiFi. We also watch with another device which connects faster and works better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
