Quick load, smaller more efficient footprint, logical control and generally well made machine keep us happy watching Netflix videos each week. No complaints here!

This played loads blue-rays quickly and I get an excellent picture. I am amazed at how small and light it is.

Compact disc

I bought this Wi-Fi DVD player because of its ability to stream netflix and hulu. Used as a DVD player, so far it is enjoyable cause the picture is clear but as a streamer of netflix, etc., it's not very reliable. Regularly, I have to unplug it and plug it back on to make it work. Because of this defect, it is very inconvenient and unreliable..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This player is great. Sounds good, looks good, and works flawlessly. Only gave it 4 stars because I wish the remote was backlit so we could see what the heck we were pressing in a dark room.

I've had nothing but good luck with Sony products in the past, so I thought this would be a good bet, but do not buy this product. Sometimes it won't turn on unless you actually unplug it, then re-plug it in. And even then, sometimes it still won't turn on. And once you finally get it on, it won't always turn off. Very disappointing.

Hi jthomas349, We're sorry for what happened here. Please perform power reset for your Blu-ray player. Remove from the wall outlet for at-least 1 minute and also remove the any connection such as HDMI from your Blu-ray player then put it back in after 1 minute. Thanks,
