Great player, nice size, plays both regular DVDs and Blu-Rays Also includes some preloaded apps for streaming. We like it so much we bought a second one.

I only have used it a time or two. I have mine on WiFi and it was Plug & Play.Just had to enter WiFi password. I have not tried a DVD yet, but I have played Blue Ray disks and it throws a good picture and for the price you can't go wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with operation and support

From day 1 it skipped. We tried several DVD's and were very frustrated. The "live" chat did not respond for over an hour. It took more than 30 minutes just to get someone to give me an address to send for warranty repair
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Blue Ray player. It's light and comes loaded with Wi Fi and Nextflix. Picture clarity is awesome.

Somewhat confusing and difficult-to-use remote control and NO display on player unit. It's easy to accidentally leave the player on when you select one of the two off switches on the remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
