It does what it says it does

BR Player works well for it's price range. The WIFI to connect to things like Netflix is reliable, though it can take a few moments after start up to connect to the network.
If I say anything negative about it, it would be that there aren't enough channel apps available like there are for items like the Roku.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this to replace another, less than 1 yr. old competitor brand that failed. I have found this to be a much better, higher quality player. Set-up was easy and takes little time.

Better than a USB plugin

The Sony Blu Ray and Wi-Fi player is a better choice, and lower cost, than purchasing a USB Plugin and DVD player. It allows us to remain agnostic when choosing services from apple, google, amazon... You can use all of these. Sony provides quick access to the all video and, music channels and ability to download pictures.
We use the CC setup as well and it comes across perfectly. Strongly recommend. So do others as it is the #1 dvd wi fi player in market.
I have 2 in our home.

Great blu ray dvd player at a very good price. Not to difficult to set up & connect it to the internet & Netflix. Love watching movies on Netflix on this player.
