Great product

So far we are loving our new blu-ray players. We bought 2 and wish I had bought a couple more as well for our other TVs. It seems to connect quickly to whatever we want to access as far as wireless. Has all the current apps like Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon, etc..... and have had no issues at all getting on them. The blu-ray player is great as well and very easy to work. It is very light and takes up very little space. As I said so far we are very pleased with our purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NOT the best by far!

I found it easy to plug in the wires and hook up to tv and after that I have spent a lot of unnecessary time with this machine. Software is hard to use, internet services and menu's need a lot of improvement, sharing pics, music, videos and anything else from a pc is almost impossible and mostly glichy. I saw a lot of Sony refurbished products for sale before I bought this one and now I know why. I should have got my money back..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set up easy, wifi connection ideal.Plays Blue-ray discs with super picture and sound.If the is a problem with your unit,it is your wifi service.
We have high speed. cable service and we use our new unit on our primary TV. Our old model (3100) is on second TV.We gave away our old vizio.

I was looking for a DVD player, was thinking about a Roku or one of those Amazon Fire sticks. Ended up with this DVD/BluRay combo that offers all of the popular internet services. Can watch Netflix, Amazon, MLB Network, YouTube, etc -- hundreds of options, including Pandora. I'm glad the salesperson showed me this product.

I was impressed with it out of the box in the ease of connectivity to my AV system in my living room and the quality of the picture and sound. Then the more I explored the more impressed I was with it's WiFi connectivity to my home network and my tablet and the ability to stream music, pictures and videos to my AV system from my home network via several methods. I love it!

Great Unit

I found this easy to set up and use. I was able to get on to WiFi in no time and downlad programs to my TV. I had bought an LG Player and I couln't even get connected to WiFi so I brought it back and bought this unit. Best choice I made.
