My First Gas Stove

After 40 years of marriage, we finally got a gas stove. We love it. Turn it on and cook. No waiting necessary for things to heat up. Easy to use and has good safety features.

Easy to clean spills

This cook top came with new construction home. Stove looks good but the griddles are very high above the burners. It takes a long time to heat. It would be nice if the griddles had a circular center above the burners. My wok doesn't sit properly on the griddle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only had it for ten days,but I like the heavy Grates,the safety knob to keep children from turning burners on, I really like the lit knobs, I appreciate the propane conversion kit that was included,

DOES THE JOB WELL

Does the job very nicely. Various size heads allow for different diameter pot sizes saving fuel and cookware. Childproof lock a very handy extra.

It's okay, I like cooking w/ gas, I like the big burner. I got a huge aluminum frying pan just for that big center burner. But you know, it's not sealed, stuff gets down into the insides, and one of the valves got stuck, so now, about 13 months into ownership I'm faced w/ an expensive repair on my own nickel. That's costing you a star and a half and me way too much to repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This cook top came with our new home and we are very disappointed. The grates are super heavy to pick up and don't clean well. The stainless has discolored where things have run over on the stove even though I cleaned them up right away. The grates are rough and lock in the grease making it impossible to clean. If you don't cook much and want a cooktop that looks nice this is the one. Appearance is beautiful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
