The heat is not effectively transfered

All is well and great - but the problem is the grill is a little too far from the flame. Wish they would replace my grill with something closer to the flame.

Recommended by the salesman. Price was no object. Problem is I should have looked for a unit with larger burners. Takes too long to boil water for say pasta on even the largest burner. Problem is burners needed to be larger or closer to the flame

It has been many years since we had a natural gas cooktop so that took a little getting used to. But now? I love this cooktop! It's easy to clean and it looks great. Cooks well, too!
