NICE LOOKING COOKTOP

WE JUST BOUGHT THIS COOKTOP TO REPACE OUR OLD G.E. PROFILE WITCH WE LOVED BUT DIDN'T MATCH OUR NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES. SO HAVEN'T REALLY USED IT YET. HOWEVER IF IT'S ANYTHING LIKE THE OLD ONE IT WILL BE GREAT!!

I went for the high end kitchen and so happy I did. What a wonderful product. The controls light up so I never forget and leave them on. Love the control lock that way no one can accidently turn it on. Looks amazing!

Poor burner heat

Poor burner heat. At 5 barely any flame & at 7 it is a huge flame. Burners need to be raised or grates lowered.

BAD DESIGN

We purchased a new house in SC last month and did not have a choice in cook tops, so we ended up with this product. As a former electric/smooth top user, I was looking forward to my new gas stove top--everyone always told me that gas was better than electric. However, I am very disappointed with this particular stove top. The grates are too far from the flames so it takes FOREVER for pots or pans to heat up and as soon as I put something in my pot/pan, cooking/frying almost stops. In my opinion this is a badly designed cook top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
