The only downfall to this phone is the wait for updates like ics. not samsungs fault though. Never been unsatisfied with a samsung smartphone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Having owned a 1st generation Galaxy S (Captivate) I didn't really think I could get a quicker, more functional smartphone until I got the Galaxy S II. The 1GB of RAM makes everything run smoothly and leaves plenty to spare for apps that use alot of RAM. The 1.2 Ghz processor makes all tasks quick with no lag whatsoever. I can't say enough about this phone, it's flawless. This is my 2nd Samsung Galaxy running Android, I had 3 Blackberries previously, and entered the smartphone realm with the Samsung Blackjack II running Windows Mobile OS. So I can say with certainty that this is a top of the line smartphone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

I was a iPhone user for years and my wife had a samsung and I decided to try it. I am very happy with the device. The software is very good just a good as an iPhone. I am very happy with this device.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

I have had this Smart Phone since 10/11 all apps are cool and downloads are effective. However, some music files previously loaded will not play on this phone :( The files come up as DCF files instead of MP3. I need advice on how to change the files back to MP3. Other than that, I love my phone dearly.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: need better speakers

Awsome Phone

I love my Samsung Galaxy SII. The speeds of the phone are amazing. The only downfall I have experienced is that the battery does not last very long. I cannot go the entire day without needing some form of charging.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, battery life

iPhone to Android

I was an avid iPhone user and decided to give Android a try, naturally I went with a Samsung for their product reputation and the reliability of the Samsung products I also own.
Although I have only owned the product for a couple of weeks I can already see it start to out shine the iPhone and I will have to wait for the ICS update to know.
I can say I am not disappointed with the product and I would definitely recommend to a friend.
