I recommend this phone to anyone who is not a gadget geek because it's easy and simple to work with the features on this phone. If I will purchase phone again in the future I will buy this phone again. Satisfied with this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life

The phone functions excellently. Fast, no lag, good sound, good pictures and good connectivity via wifi and bluetooth. Very happy with the GSII

Great phone

Learning curve is very short in learning to operate phone. Takes great pictures. Gave up my digital camera. Bright screen. As in other reviews the back panel is flimsy. Battery life only adequate not great. If phone is updated with the new gingerbread 2.3.6, this update will severely decrease battery. Recommend not performing update until its fixed. The the current gingerbread 2.3.4 the phone performs very well.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, ease of use, easy file transfer between pc
Cons: battery life, unusable software update

I'm glad that I made the switch from to Samsung. The hardware on this phone isn't as sturdy as I"m used to, but it is a lot lighter, you can barely feel this in your pockets. For smaller hands, it is a bit hard to handle at first, but it takes a few days to get used to it. The back plate is a good texture but the front half of the plastic casing on the sides do get easily covered with finger prints.
Android is typical, and it is fairly quick on this phone. From other reviews I read, I wasn't expecting much from the video player but I was surprised that it took MKV and AVI files without any issues playing at all.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big

My wife bought the S2 a couple of months back and I gotta admit I was pretty jealous when I see her focus shifted more to that device.. I was using a "competitor" smartphone and I thought why not check out her phone just to see... well one night I did just that and to cut the story short, I dumped the competitor recently and bought an S2 for myself.. now we are both focused on the same thing :-).. this phone is just amazing and I'll bet we'll both will be happy with it for quite some time..
would be good if there are more accessories available to go with it, like a radio or stereo speaker docking station..
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, feels good in the hands
