I got this for Christmas and I hated it. You have to freeze the bin to put the milk in and it takes forever. I wish it would freeze it for you in the machine takes too long to make ice cream I returned it.

It was missing parts and I just got it and they said it was out of warranty and I couldn’t get a Portrait I returned it to the store and they wouldn’t give me my money back they said on the product we have to give you spell credit money back I’ve in-store credit and I went and actually bought an ice cream machine that work

The unit looks really nice but due to the current Winter weather we have as yet to run this as ice cream during winter just doesn't work for us. When the weather warms up and I have a chance to work with this machine I will revise my review. Received as a Christmas present to our family.

I received this as a Mother’s Day gift last year and we used it a lot during the summer. We’ve made chocolate, vanilla, mint chip and Doles pineapple whip several times. The whip was such a big hit. Can’t wait for summer again although we could be using it now too but prefer to wait.
