Works but not great. I was so excited about it too! I followed the instructions, actually left drum in the freezer for 3 days. Barely froze the cream.

I used the soft ice cream maker a few times now and have been completely satisfied by it's performance. I would have given the product 5 stars if the machine itself was smaller for storage purposes. The other con to the ice cream maker is buying the ingredients. 30 dollars to make simple chocolate ice cream. Sure you can make more than 1 batch but the initial hit is steep.

Love, love, love this ice cream machine. So easy to use. Set up is a breeze. Ice cream is wonderful. Don’t even mind taking it apart to clean. Oh and best of all, the memories being made with the grand babies.

I love this ice cream maker. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. I purchased for my grand kids. They love it. It's better than anything you can buy & so easy to make & I don't have to have salt or ice. As long as I keep my dish in the freezer, I am always ready to go.

The mixture gets very hard very quickly. The machine then makes loud sounds because it can no longer churn/mix. At that point, the mixture is too hard to come out of the nozzle.
