Love that nothing sticks. Toasts things I want brown. It is my main pan on the stove from grilled cheese sandwiches to cooking steaks for for dinner. Use a splash of oil spread it no more greasy foods. Even hash browns..

This is a great 1" skillet. Heat is distributed equally unlike other skillets I have used. This is my second skillet in the Green Gourmet anodized line which influenced my decision when it came to replacing my old skillet pan. I love to fry eggs, cook scrambled eggs and brown ground beef in this pan. For eggs I use a hint of butter to coat the surface to ensure nonstick. Works very well. I appreciate quality and I appreciate Cuisinart's quality in the design and engineering of this skillet pan.

I wanted a larger skillet but it was also important to me that the coating on the pan did not contain PTFE and PFOA. I had just ordered the set of the same pans so wanted to keep everything together. I absolutely love the size as well as the ease of clean up. This is a keeper!!
