This skillet works so well on our induction cooktop that I plan on buying other Cuisinart pots and pans to use. The skillet is light weight, much lighter than other pots and pans I bought that are stainless steel but heavy. Very easy to clean.

We had one of these for over 10 years, and never had a problem. The coating started to degrade in one spot so we replaced it. We have only had it for a few weeks, but seems to be the same great product as before. Very glad to have someone making non toxic cookware that lasts. Hope that some day they will be indestructible! HA

I've done two other reviews of the Cuisinart GreenGourmet series of cookware. One for the Cuisinart GG22-30 GreenGourmet Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet, and one for the Cuisinart GG-12 GreenGourmet Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece Cookware Set. I liked this set enough, after getting tired of replacing non-stick pots and pans, and testing S.S. cookware that was more trouble than it was worth, that I first got the 12" fry pan, and then bought this 10" pan to complete my set. So far I haven't run into any problems like the ones I've seen in other reviews. Some people have complained about peeling and blistering. The only thing I can think, is that these people tried to turn the heat up like you would for cast iron. You don't need high heat with these pans to sear meat or develop a crust on fried potatoes. These work fine by starting at medium high, then going down to medium heat after placing food in the pan. At this time I like the heck out of this cookware, and have no problem recommending them. One other thing, these pans are not a lightweight product, they have a solid feel to them.

When my 8” Cuisinart skillet lasted through 3 10” non-stick of another brand, it was time to make this an exclusive Cuisinart family. I just love my new 10” non-stick so much I bought my sister-in-law one for Thanksgiving. Will never buy another.

The difference is night and day with this line . I do use less oil and butter with pretty much all of my meals prepared in this pan. Even distribution cooking, easy to clean. I will definitely purchase other cookware from Cuisinart. Would recommend.

I've been using this pan for several weeks now, and it is probably the best egg pan I've ever owned. I won't put it in the dishwasher so that might be the reason the non stick has held up so well, but I use it alot. At least once day. The price was awesome. When I decide to toss my old Epicurious 12 inch pan, I'll probably replace it with the Cuisinart.
