great camera

Great camera and great output. Bought it to stream but found out afterwards it can not. Overall A+ just writing a review to make sure someone else does not buy this camera to try to live stream.
Pros: Compact Design, excellent image quality
Cons: does not stream video
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, but no software?

After careful review of options, I chose this camera. However, I was extremely disappointed that video editing and DVD burning software was not included. I have used Pixela's editing/burning software, so I was hopeful when I saw that a Pixela product was included. However, it is only a media transfer utility. After spending so much on the camcorder, I would appreciate not having to spend more on software! I still don't have the videos on a disc. (Incidentally, Pixela bundled software allows you to burn video to DVD as you go, some now, some later.)
Also, I appreciate the quality of the audio and video, and the ease of use is a 4. However, when filming a concert, there was a lot of peripheral noise near the camera that was picked up. I will be shopping for a zoom microphone that will concentrate its energies on the stage.

I like this video camera and it replaces our old mini tape ones. Still working out some of the features but it is nice.
For future:
1. Would like it to be work with my ITunes software which includes editing. I don't want to download any extra 3rd party stuff
2. Longer battery life (even when using best picture quality) and a separate wall charger to come with it to charge just the battery when its off the camera
3. A Higher pixels to take better still photos

What a waste of time and money!

I bought this camcorder thinking it was high quality. I have recorded several VERY important events (graduation, wedding, etc.) and they are still on the camera because I cannot upload them to ANYTHING! The manual is impossible to follow because it jumps all over the place. It is truly a piece of junk...don't buy it!
