THe sytem is great but as a 1 person household the filters only last 1 month. When I first purchased I was told it would last 3months with regular use.
Just got a new filter 2weeks ago and it shows red already.
Pros: Great for the Environment, Great Taste, Health Reasons
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great replacement filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chrome filter matches my faucet perfectly! It is easy to use, just push the button on the faucet mount and the old filter pops off and then you just replace the new one. It is so easy to use! Our filters usually last longer than the recommended usage.

Not so happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a little less than a month ago. This morning I we t to use it and water started to spray everywhere. The filter case has a huge crack all the way around the bottom like it's trying to desperate. Lucky I had another filter to replace quickly. Now I'm a little hesitant about this unit.
