I bought the Brita filter but once I but it on it look good but when I turned on the filter side it literally popped out all the water went everywhere I'm very disappointed I spend money on this to see this kind of result!!!!

Hello, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to learn that our On-Tap System filter popped out of place. While we wouldn't expect for this to happen, we'd love to share with you a few steps that might help resolve this issue. Holding the filter cartridge above the filter cup, align the insert groove on the lower part of the cartridge with the filter replacement indicator at the front of the filter cup. Supporting the bottom of the base system with one hand, insert the filter cartridge into the filter cup until a "click" is heard. While we hope these steps were helpful, we'd love to learn from your experience. For proper assistance, please reach out to us at 800-24BRITA and mention this reference number: 181002-000710.
