Obsolete Features Out of the Box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this player as it had wifi and the streaming services I use and wanted to connect it to my older LG tv. I was able to access Hulu for about two weeks before I was no longer able to use it. Among other things, Prime and Netflixs do not stream consistently and more often then not, my player will freeze in which I have to unplug and restart when I attempt to use either of those apps. I can however watch movies from my VUDU app and have yet to have any issues there. I have not had an issue with the player either and I can play Blu Ray and DVD's just fine.
This is NOT what I expect from an LG product as I have purchase several different products from phones, tv's disc drives etc. I expect a certainly quality when I look at LG which is why I can always justify the price when I buy it. I felt this was a massive miss from them and am pretty disappointed with this product and its lack of abilities.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use

I've had this plugged in for an hour, all it has done is skip (on Netflix), and now it's been frozen for 20 min and won't let me even turn it off. Also the preloaded apps are trash.

Less then a year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product last summer due to our old player dying. Within the first couple months it started showing huge lag and trouble staying connected to the internet. There is nothing wrong with my internet when using the cell or computer-it is the blu ray player. There have been numerous times the interface lags tremendously, trying to load a show and the loading circle stuck on 99% or 1%, or shows cutting off. All where I have to restart the player at least once to get working again. I regret not keeping a receipt and looking at reviews for this product before buying. Not happy at all with this product.

Great Bluray Player

This is the first smart TV product I have owned. With the wifi it could be better being able to add and remove premium features.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality

Starting to get annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for 2 months so far. Picture quality is great, happy with the features. Wasn't happy that it did NOT come with everything to hook it up so that was another trip back to the store for an HDMI cable but in fairness it does tell you that on the box. Installed quick and easy. My complaint is that it drops internet a lot making the whole machine freeze up forcing you to unplug the power.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use
