I have bought three crockpots in one year all three are dead within 2 1/2 to 3 months. Unfortunately, I will not be buying another one.

I've had the 7 quart crock pot for a year and I'm happy with it, however, the printed control labels wiped off even with careful cleaning. Now you can't tell if the knob is pointing to "high" or "warm " without trying to remember how the selections were lined up.
It runs too hot on the low setting. Recipes call for 6-7 hrs on low setting and this crock pot appears to run on high regardless of the setting

I have used “crock pot” my entire adult life and have purchased 3 total. My crock pots have lasted at least 10 years each and none have ever broken. I simply have given my old crockpots away and purchase a new one when I change appliances in my kitchen.
Another faulty unit. The bowl wobbles around in the heating unit, and "low" has my soup boiling! The boilg point of water is 212 and tomato sauce is ~208 (F). So, the LOW setting is defective. On another Crock Pot unit I bought, the documentation explains that it quickly raises the temp to 210 (I think... maybe off a couple degrees) and then simmers it for hours. THAT IS NOT LOW.

Hello,
The bowl may have a slight wobble because it is designed to allow airflow between the crock and the heating base for safe and efficient cooking. This does not impact the performance or safety of the unit. Regarding the "Low" setting, our slow cookers are designed to bring food to a safe temperature and then maintain a simmer. However, if it feels too hot or the performance doesn’t meet expectations, we encourage you to reach out to our support team via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through Live Chat stating your complaint so we can help you further. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am – 8pm Eastern Time.
The lid exploded after 2 months. Now trying to submit for a warranty and the process is needlessly complicated.
