Bought this crock pot for Christmas. It worked once and now it will not turn on at all. I contracted crock pot directly over a month ago. I have not heard back from them yet.

Another cracked crock

This is my third Crock Pot, and I’ve had it the shortest amount of time. I took the crock out to give it a quick clean before using it tomorrow to make dinner and was extremely disappointed to find a crack in it. I have only had it about a year and a half and expect better. I take very good care of my crock pots. I do not subject them to extreme temp changes and always use non scratching utensils. It’s just the basic model, but I still expect better craftsmanship from this company.

Coating bubbles and comes off too easily. Scratches easily.

Worked well for while!

model SCV700-B2 worked well for about a year, then a couple metal parts came loose inside, and clanging around. the glass lid plastic handle would never tighten properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy, obsessed

This is such a great size for this price point and it’s better that way for whenever I want to host a small or larger dinner party. Also so beautiful it looks great on display in my kitchen it’s very sturdy and amazing quality I know this will pass down for generations haha. Simple, easy but safe to use any can operate it I didn’t even check the instruction, I did hot coco wine in and I came out delicious and guess loved the beef I first did in this slow cooker I literally add all my ingredients in at the very beginning and closer to the end I reseason the cooker and it came out so delicious.

Love the Style and Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker has been great so far. It cooks evenly and the heat stays steady the whole time. The design is simple and the color looks really nice sitting out on the counter. I like the size because it works for bigger meals without taking over the whole space. Cleanup has been easy too. It’s one of those appliances I end up using a lot because it is easy and there are so many meals I can make in it. Who doesn’t love coming home from work to a home cooked meal with no prep and easy cleanup? It is a no-brainer.
